First, the effect of temperature. Due to bubbles, the protective film is held up by bubbles at 80 ° C. In other words, the protective film has started to crack slowly under high temperature conditions. If the heat resistance or cohesion of the adhesive of the protective film is not good, it is easy to appear residual glue or shadow around its bubbles. Usually, the place where the shadow appears is the place where bubbles form the protective film.
Another is that this usually occurs on protective membranes containing emulsifiers. After emulsifier migration, there will be shadows. The surfactant will act as an external plasticizer in the film, making the film soft and elastic. If the plasticizer is uniformly distributed during coating, this is better. However, due to the surface activity of surfactants, molecules migrate from the bulk phase and gather on the surface, and tend to concentrate at the membrane air interface, thus forming shadows.
The longer the time, the larger the contact surface between ordinary small bubbles and air, the higher the possibility of shadow formation. Therefore, please try to prevent the formation of small bubbles, use a good quality, coated with uniform coating of protective film, so as to delay the appearance of dark shadows.
