In the actual production, all manufacturers take the heat sealing strength as an important quality index to control whether it is bag making products or coil products used in automatic packaging production line. The following is a simple analysis of the factors affecting the heat sealing strength of the packaging film based on the practical production experience
1. Heat sealing temperature: heat sealing temperature directly affects the heat sealing strength of packaging film.
2. Heat sealing time: the heat sealing time of automatic packaging machine or old bag making machine is determined by machine speed. Under the condition of constant heat sealing temperature and pressure, the longer the heat sealing time is, the stronger the bonding between heat sealing layers is. However, if the heat sealing time is too long, the heat sealing part of the packaging film will be wrinkled and uneven, which will seriously affect the appearance quality of the product.
3. Heat sealing to ensure the pressure Packaging film The corresponding heat sealing pressure is required. Therefore, the heat sealing pressure should be moderate and even in the process of heat sealing. If the heat sealing pressure is not enough or uneven, it will make the heat sealing part produce bubbles, resulting in poor heat sealing.
